FAQ's

What is mobile massage?

All sessions are mobile — Cody comes to you. Whether you're at home, your office, or another preferred location, your session is brought directly to you. No commute, no waiting room, just focused recovery where you're most comfortable.

What is sports massage therapy?

Sports massage is a targeted form of bodywork designed around how athletes train, move, and recover. Unlike relaxation massage, it addresses specific muscle groups, movement patterns, and recovery goals using techniques like deep tissue work, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.

What's the difference between sports massage and deep tissue massage?

Deep tissue refers to the depth of tissue being worked (e.g. pec minor is deep to pec major) — it's a technique. Sports massage is a goal-oriented approach that may use deep tissue work alongside other modalities, tailored to athletic performance and recovery. Sports massage matches the demands of your training; deep tissue is one tool within it.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself. Cody brings everything needed for the session, including the table, linens, and any tools or topicals.

We do ask that you have a clean 8' x 9' space available for the massage table and Cody to work his magic.

What should I do before my session?

Hydrate, avoid heavy meals right before, and be ready to communicate openly about what's going on in your body. The more Cody knows, the more targeted the work can be.

Why aren't 60 minute Recover and Rebound Sessions offered?

Recover and Rebound sessions are meant to get you back to doing what you love. These sessions are built around a full assessment of what's holding you back, targeted work on the tissue and structures driving the problem, and enough time for your body to begin absorbing the change. That process can't be rushed — and when it's done right, you'll feel it the moment you get off the table.
