Nagging pain doesn't resolve on its own — and training through it without addressing the root cause leads to compensation patterns, restricted movement, and eventually, forced time off. Recover sessions are built to stop that cycle.
We work through the muscles, fascia, and surrounding tissue driving your pain — improving circulation, breaking down restriction, and restoring the tissue quality your body needs to move efficiently. Whether the issue is superficial or deep, chronic or acute, we build a session around what's actually happening in your body that day.

WHAT TO EXPECT
RECOVER sessions focus on the problem areas first — then work outward through the tissue and fascia contributing to the issue. We use deep tissue work, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to reduce restriction and bring new blood flow to areas that have been locked down. You'll leave with more range of motion, less pain, and a clearer picture of what your body needs to keep progressing. These sessions are at least 90-minutes long but you'll feel the difference immediately.
